1. What is a concierge service?
You can call or email 24/7 and ask for our help, or use our online concierge service. Our lifestyle managers will advise on, source and book what you require at face value, usually less. For example, we can save you 10% on most travel services.
4. How can Ten offer such great prices on travel?
We offer flights and rooms at cost price to us. Where other agents have to charge commission, we don't need to because we're funded by membership fees.
3. Is there a fair usage policy?
We have a fair usage policy, but it's very generous and most members never need to refer to it.

5. What's your membership cancellation policy?
Cancellations and refunds will be carried out within 14 working days. Members may cancel their membership at any time by giving one month’s notice. Members may cancel at any point during an official invitation-only trial and will not be charged.
